New Mixed-Gender Group Commencing in Mid September
If you are considering group therapy, schedule an appointment now for an assessment for fit and readiness for group. Or, talk to your individual therapist about the appropriateness of group therapy for you.

Time-limited Couples’ Group Forming
This group will begin in the fall and will be composed of four to five couples. The group will meet for eight to ten sessions.
